A 1916 photo of David Geauvreau, who was chief engineer for Windsor’s power generation plant downtown. He was won over to the Adventist message through the efforts of Charles Countryman. Through the 1930’s, when Windsor had no pastor for most of the decade, it was David, who, as head elder, held evangelism series and gave numerous Bible studies. It is believed that over 80 people joined the church due to his tireless efforts.
